The Dutch online cartridge reseller has announced the new venture of 123business, which is a new arm of 123inkt.nl offering managed print services (MPS) for businesses.
123inkt.nl, a webshop with over 20 years of experience and more than 3 million customers in the Netherlands and Belgium announced a new website and subdivision called 123business which offers MPS packages aimed to service the business community.
The website says: “In recent years, the demand for all-in-one packages from business customers has increased. It also turned out that many of the current MPS providers work with unclear contracts and substantial annual increases. We would like to show that this can be done differently! With 123business we want to distinguish ourselves in terms of transparency, simplicity and customer focus.”
As part of the new MPS programme, 123business offers setup and maintenance of the business printer environment, automatically sending toners, ink cartridges and paper as needed and a printer selection guide.
Taking to LinkedIn, 123inkt.nl said: “We are proud to share that we have started a new service for the business market: 123zakelijk (123business). Under this name we offer a complete package for business customers. They conclude an all-in-one contract for printers, maintenance and automatic delivery of supplies such as toners and printing paper.
“With this we enter the growing market for managed print services (MPS). By offering transparent and fair conditions, we are going to distinguish ourselves positively with 123zakelijk in this market where small print and hefty annual increases are the standard!”
