3 tips to help reduce your printing costs

ARMOR has published a blog which offers three helpful tips on how to cut down your printing costs.

The first tip the remanufacturer offers is to opt for JUMBO cartridges, which are “remanufactured cartridges yielding a larger number of printed pages” compared to the page yield offered by OEM cartridges.

ARMOR’s range of JUMBO cartridges “are designed in accordance with a rigorous test protocol to ensure perfect performance, with no premature deterioration of components and constant quality throughout their lifecycle.”

Among their advantages, ARMOR cites: a higher print yield of up to 200 percent extra copies; average savings of 40 percent; and a cleaner environment with less waste.

Secondly, the remanufacturer advises consumers to opt for multipacks, which are “an even cheaper option for consumers”, as the cartridges come in batches of between two and five, “often with a free item thrown in”.

Finally, ARMOR asks consumers if they have considered outsourcing the management of their printer pool and opting to go with a company that offers Managed Print Services.
