Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. announced that Comworx, Inc. was acquired by Advanced Imaging Solutions (AIS) on 30 April 2019.
Founded in 2002, Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. provides copiers, printers, managed IT services, 3D printing, document and process management, copier and printer repair and maintenance contracts, telephone services throughout Southern Nevada and Southern California. AIS has offices in Las Vegas, San Diego, Corona, and Palm Desert.
Comworx has been serving the telephone, video and data needs of the greater Las Vegas area since 2003. They provide unified solutions for single offices, multiple locations or large call centres. Their knowledge and expertise in the field of business communication technologies allows them to deliver industry-leading Cloud and Hosted Systems, IP Telephony, Digital Telephony, Call Centre, Call Recording, and Mobility Solutions.
Prosperity Plus acted as an adviser to Gary Harouff and his team at Advanced Imaging Solutions throughout the transaction.
