Apex Microelectronics Co., Ltd. announced that it has changed its company name to Geehy Micro Inc., effective 21 September 2022.
The company’s original Chinese name Zhuhai Apex Microelectronics Co., Ltd. will be changed to Jihai Microelectronics Co., Ltd. Company, the original English name Apex Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was changed to Geehy Microelectronics Inc.
According to the company’s announcement to partners, the change was permitted by the Zhuhai Administration for Market Regulation
Apex said that the name change was “Due to the needs of the company’s strategic development and to promote the development of the company’s various businesses” and is effective 21 September 2022.
Apex added that “the company’s original partnership and service commitments remain unchanged. Contracts, agreements and other legal documents signed by the company before the company name change will continue to be valid within its validity period, and the company’s trademarks and its website will still be used.”
