The company’s latest replacement chips are for use with cartridges compatible with certain Ricoh IM series printers.

Coming in an ASIC design and offering “consistent performance,” as well as being “easy to install in recycled cartridges,” the replacement chips are for use with cartridges and drum units for the Ricoh IM 350F/450F, and offer a page yield of either 14,000 pages (350F) or 17,400 pages (450F), as well as 40,000 pages for the drum unit.

The IM series of A4 printers was released by Ricoh earlier this year. According to Apex, the series “focuses on intelligence and security” and is equipped with a 10.1-inch smart operation panel, “allowing users to customise the interface and upgrade the latest features of the printer according to their needs.”
