Apex’s latest chips

The chip maker has launched replacement chips for use in Ricoh P C600/P800 series printers.

The P C600/P800 series are A4 mono and colour laser printers Ricoh released in Europe. With a maximum resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi at full printing speed, they are ideal for businesses that need fast, high-quality results.

The latest replacement chips for these models are in ASIC design and offer “consistent performance” and are “easy to install in recycled cartridges”, according to Apex.

The replacement chips for use in Ricoh P C600 machines come with page yields of 18,000 for the black cartridge chip and 12,000 for the CMY cartridge chips. The starter cartridge chip launched for use in Ricoh IM 600F/IM 600SRF/IM 550F/P 800/P 801 devices come with a page yield of 11,000. Also launched were replacement chips for the black cartridge for use in Ricoh IM 600F/IM 600SRF/P 801 devices with page yields of 25,500 and 40,000.

These new replacement chips are for the European and USA regions.
