Ricoh awards Applied Imaging for nine consecutive years of service excellence.
Applied Imaging has been recognised as a Ricoh Circle of Excellence Certified Dealership for 2022. A small percentage of Ricoh dealers earn this award, though there are over 400 dealers in the country.
Applied Imaging explained that for the certification programme, dealers get scored on hardware and technology excellence, technical proficiency, service operational efficiency and all technicians go through a rigorous evaluation process.
Ricoh has also recognised Applied Imaging’s technicians, Gary Johnson and Tom Hunter, because of their dedication to their customers.
