ARMOR GROUP is launching a recruitment campaign for the 2024-2025 academic year.

This large-scale initiative aims to integrate around thirty work-study students into its teams, marking its ongoing commitment to the professional integration and apprenticeship of young talent.

Positions available range from technician/operator to engineer, buyer, administrator, human resources specialist, marketing/communication, business development, business analyst, finance and data science, offering a multitude of possible career paths within the Group. ARMOR GROUP is thus affirming its commitment to developing the professional skills of young people in the Pays de la Loire region.

This approach reflects the Nantes-based industrial company’s determination to recruit and train its future employees within its five subsidiaries, where numerous opportunities exist.

“I am extremely pleased and enthusiastic about the prospect of welcoming a new class of work-study students and interns to our company, which is undergoing a major transformation. The contributions of this new generation of committed men and women will be the driving force behind the new industrial energy that I am calling for,” said Hubert de Boisredon, Chairman and CEO of ARMOR GROUP.

“We are proud to be able to contribute to the professional development of the young people who join ARMOR GROUP, by offering them a stimulating working environment where they can learn, grow and excel. Their presence enriches our teams, stimulates our creativity and strengthens our ability to meet tomorrow’s challenges,” added Willy Goulevant, ARMOR GROUP Human Resources Director.

The company is committed to providing a rich and formative experience, aimed at preparing students for their future careers, while actively contributing to their professional development.

Hugo DUBOIS, IT Support Technician undergoing a work-study program at ARMOR GROUP since 2022 testified: “During the first few weeks of my work-study programme at ARMOR GROUP, I met the various members of staff in the IT Services Department (DSI) and discovered the vast scope of IT and applications managed? in-house. This integration process enabled me to quickly understand how the department worked so that I could be up and running and autonomous in no time. I joined a dynamic and extremely caring team, ready to help me develop professionally.”
