In September, ARMOR GROUP’s internal University, located at its main industrial site in La Chevrolière, renewed its Qualiopi certification (national reference framework for training organisations in France), a guarantee of the quality of the training courses offered by the company for over ten years.
Since its creation in 2011, ARMOR GROUP University has continued to expand its training courses to keep pace with the technical evolution of industrial professions. Certified since 2022, the organisation continues to offer a range of training courses accessible to member companies of the chemical branch, but also to broaden the search for new talent in professional retraining for production trades (grinding/ coating/ cutting/ packaging).
The latter enable candidates to obtain genuine skills recognised for the chemical branch’s industrial professions.
Qualiopi Certification attests to the quality of the services offered by training organisations, based on the National Quality Standards. Issued by COFRAC-accredited certification bodies, it is valid for a renewable 3-year cycle.
This summer, ARMOR GROUP’s Training team obtained the renewal of this certification. It also enables customer companies to benefit from financial assistance for training courses (CQP Team Leader and CQP Driver), while strengthening links with key partners (France Chimie Ouest Atlantique, OPCO2i, training providers, customer companies belonging to the chemical industry).
At the heart of the ARMOR GROUP University’s ambitions lies a major objective: to enable candidates, whether in retraining or continuing their studies, to obtain real skills for industrial professions.
“This certification is a real mark of the University’s seriousness and highlights the commitment of all our in-house trainers and training team, who contribute to skills development. Thank you all, and let’s continue to be involved in this adventure,” said Stéphanie Guitton, Internal and External Training Manager at ARMOR-IIMAK.
