Armor reveals OWA Print Services

Via a short video, the French-based company’s Pierre Lefort has been explaining about the new OWA Print Services offering from Armor.

Designed for resellers of IT solutions, IT specialists and companies offering solutions for SME customers, OWA Print Services is the latest solution available from Armor.

With 65 percent of SMEs saying they want to increase the size of their equipment under contract from 2018, Lefort explains that a 30 percent market growth is predicted between 2017 and 2020.

He then elaborates on how businesses can most easily plumb this market without worrying about head-to-hear competition – namely, by using OWA Print Services.

This service allows companies to take control of their client’s equipment by contractualising it. Lefort describes OPS as a single contract that provides automatic delivery and “just-in-time consumables”, in addition to a maintenance service, simplified quarterly billing and proven savings of 20 percent on average.

OPS is multi-branded and multi-technology, providing the management benefits of delegated equipment, states Lefort, without “the constraints.”

Armor will provide interested companies with training and support as well as “a simple and secured contract”, installation assistance and daily performance.
