We achieved record results in both first-time fix (FTF) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievements. These results are indicative of Barrister’s continued process improvement and customer satisfaction goals. We have invested significantly in the customer experience. We have vastly improved operating efficiencies and implemented process improvements that directly impact the end users service experience.”
