“The Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-VI C7771 stood out for, among other things, its print quality that will greatly benefit graphic-intensive print environments,” said George Mikolay, Associate Director of Copiers/Production for Keypoint Intelligence – Buyers Lab. “The device’s ease of use is another strong suit, boasting a large and intuitive control panel with slide-swipe technology similar to tablets, job presets, robust scan to USB capabilities, and the ability to customize up to 32 service buttons for frequently used workflows.”

“The HP Colour LaserJet Managed Flow MFP E87660z and LaserJet Managed Flow MFP E82560z demonstrated exceptional reliability over a combined 600,000 impressions,” said Mikolay. “When you also consider simple maintenance procedures and extensive help for the occasional misfeed, uptime will be maximised in mid-size to large workgroups throughout the day.  Users will also be impressed with how quickly print, scan, and copy jobs can be programmed thanks to job profiles at the driver and control panel and lower-than-average price points.”

“The KYOCERA TASKalfa 9002i is a superior player from which mid-size to large businesses will certainly benefit,” said Mikolay. “Outstanding reliability and high quality, coupled with robust features and smooth integration with various productivity-enhancing, cost-saving, and security-boosting solutions through HyPAS enablement at a lower-than-average price result in an outstanding value.”

“Sharp’s MX-M3570 and MX-M5070, which are designed to meet the needs of any mid-size to large workgroup, offer the reliability, ease of operation, speed, and flexibility users crave,” said Mikolay. “Thanks to the intuitive drivers and user interface, along with the innovative, award-winning web utility, building workflows is a cinch. The devices, which also include a standard retractable keyboard for streamlined data entry, a standard duplex single-pass feeder, and standard Sharp OSA to better manage workflow with network applications and cloud services, are a boon for users with more robust workflow needs.”

“Xerox’s Pick winners excel far beyond the needs of everyday office workflow,” said Mikolay. “The devices provide an incredibly user-friendly experience thanks to a tablet-style interface with slide/swipe navigation, as well as access to ConnectKey apps from the Xerox App Gallery to speed up and simplify everyday tasks. The devices also produced impressive, high-quality printed output. Excellent reliability, easy-to-replace supplies, and outstanding feedback all but eliminate extended downtime for service.”
