Brother has announced the launch of EcoPro in Germany, its ink and toner subscription service.

Brother’s EcoPro printer and supplies subscription service is designed to save consumers money while reducing the impact on the environment. 12 or 24 months subscription plans are available. In Germany, users benefit from a 4-month free EcoPro test subscription.

Jana Eiman, Product Manager at Brother International GmbH: “The relationship between users and the products they use has changed and this means an increased desire for efficiency in the way we live and work.

“Whether working from home or doing homework, printers have become increasingly important due to the increased demand for printing tasks over the past two years. Ordering supplies and waiting for replacement ink can sometimes be costly and annoying. We launched EcoPro to prevent this and to support our customers.”

The EoPro subscription also includes a repair guarantee for the device for the duration of the subscription. The models DCP-J1200WE, MFC-J4340DWE, MFC-J5340DWE and MFC-J6540DWE, are the devices available with the subscription.
