We are looking for Business Development Manager in U.K./France/Benelux/Germany (separate position of each country)

We have offered an integrated sales, warehousing and technical service platform in the European market for more than 17 years.
Who are you?
You have experience in the sales role, preferably with a background in the printing industry, and we will give priority to candidates with a successful aftermarket sales reputation.
Your ideal profile is customer-driven, willing to understand our customers’ needs, developing the business while putting your experience or knowledge in practice.
You live in your home country, in the area of assignment, visiting/contacting customers/channels regularly.
Your task:
You will be at the heart of designing and implementing channel relevant strategies to acquire new customers.
- You will take the initiative to create new channels to acquire customers, and you’ll be responsible for the new sales growth for each business segment in this country.
- You will work directly with the sales leader and local agent, cooperate closely with the sales & marketing team.
- You will generate and maintain target lists and leads while simultaneously creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- You will contribute to the development of our business model in the European market.
- You will analyze customers’ needs to elaborate on product improvement and project development.
