CET Singapore and partner host successful seminar

CET Group’s Singaporean subsidiary, and its Malaysian partner, June Wave Enterprise, co-organised a conference on 4 May 2018.

This event, the Chinese supplier explained, was entitled “2018 CET Technical Seminar in South-East Asia”, and it was held at the One World Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Approximately 100 people participated, including local business owners, technicians and sales representatives.

At the beginning of the conference, the representative of June Wave Enterprise, Mr. SL Chuah, made a welcoming speech. Following this introduction to proceedings, Ms. Yu Jia, deputy general manager of CET Group HQ, gave a detailed explanation of the development history and future layout of the group. She also introduced CET Group’s new facility, Caofeidian Highly Automated Industrial Base, “so that the guests can have full understanding of CET increased production capacity and more confident to associate with CET brand in the future.”

As CET Group, we are always committed to provide value added service for our customers; we commit to meet customer expectations for all existing and new CET product quality and services; we are committed to provide customers with “risk free – hassle free” service warranty; we are committed to ensuring that customers maximise the benefits from selling CET products,” said Stella, General Manager of CET Singapore Branch.

CET Group Test Centre Manager, John McCracken, focused on introducing the highlights of CET products and processes, among them Research & Development, Quality Control and Testing Centre facilities.

McCracken also expounded on market trends and analysis of the “powerful” advantages of chemical toners over conventional toners; he also forecast future development trends in the industry “such as MPS and MNS, hoping to help customers better promote their own business and create more value to end-users.”

CET explained that its commitment “is to build strong relationships with clients through the delivery of high quality products with professional, efficient and solution-oriented services.”
