Recently CIG announced that it had achieved DIN certification, which it swiftly followed up with the latest annluncements of more products achieving the Nordic Swan label and its Data Protection Management System (DPMS) officially complies with the specifications of PÜG mbH.

As Clover Imaging EMEA explains, the Swan Ecolabel is an Eco-labelling standard common to the entire Nordic region setup by the Nordic council of ministers in 1989. This is done by a voluntary license system where the applicant agrees to follow certain criteria outlined by the Nordic Ecolabelling in cooperation with stakeholders. These criteria include environmental, quality and health arguments. The simple message associated with having the Swan logo is that the product is a good environmental choice.

CIG announced another 120 products have been SWAN certified. That makes a total of 500 Clover remanufactured toner cartridges SW

AN certified.

Commenting on the new certifications, CIG said: “SWAN is a Nordic standard with the purpose to reduce waste and ensure quality and an environmentally responsible choice. The perfect fit for Clover!”

And its latest announcement was that Clover‘s Data Protection Management System (DPMS) officially complies with the specifications of PÜG mbH. This certification substantiates its compliance with EU GDPR as well as DSAnpUG (Data Protection Adaptation and Implementation Act), and the BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act).
