The family-owned office equipment and technology company has announced the acquisition of Valley Office Machines.
VOM, a document management, office equipment, and technology company established in 1969, was purchased by COECO this month, reports Industry Analysts. VOM currently has premises in Charlottesville and Stanton, Virginia, whilst its new parent company COECO has ten offices throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
COECO, which is nearing its centenary as a company, declared that it will “continue to provide the same great sales, service, and support to all of our customers that they have come to appreciate throughout our 97 years in business.”
“Going forward, we are committed to providing the best service in the industry to all of COECO and VOM’s customers,” it added.
