The unused cartridge specialist has launched Cartridge Recycling UK Ltd to focus on the European unused toner and inkjet cartridge market.

Cartridge Recycling UK Limited was first registered in December 2019 and their website describes them as “one of the largest companies that buy unused toner cartridges and that buy unused inkjet cartridges across Europe.”

The company continues to say it specialises “in the safe collection and disposal of these items in line with the guidelines set out by the Environment Agency.”

Gould was previously a director at UK based Ink and Toner Recycling Ltd for six years where the company website comments that they are “one of Europe’s leading companies specialising in the management and recycling of used printer cartridges.”

The market for unused OEM toner and inkjet cartridges has been growing year on year. Research commissioned by The Recycler suggests this market segment accounted for up to 5% of cartridge sales in 2019.
