Data Direct revamps online experience

The company has made a £100,000 ($138,000/ €117,000) investment in its online platform to deliver an enhanced shopping experience.

The past year has seen the Data Direct business focus all energies on supporting its dealer customers during these challenging times with the motto: “RISE To It” with Revenues, Innovations, Savings and Efficiencies.

Many opportunities have been brought about moving into new categories, as well as launching new products including its SmartMister range, along with delivering many solutions to support business models.

Wrapping the effort into one package sees the launch of the brand-new Data Direct website and web shop.

With data-direct.co.uk users can now explore the core toner and ink ranges of products available through Data Direct, along with new products in PPE, WFH, LED, and more.

Patrick Winterbotham, MD, commenting on the launch, said: “As a distribution partner to many hundreds of businesses in the UK, we constantly look at improving our offer as well as how easy we are to do business with.

“The new website really helps customers transact in a very easy, intuitive and efficient way, while giving them access to a whole host of new innovations providing opportunity for them and their customers.”

The webshop is up and running.
