The Danish ATP pension provider has issued an €8.5 million ($9.55 million), price only, tender notice for a four-year multi-function printer service.

The tender notice, 331434-2019 was recently published by ATP, Denmark’s largest pension and social security provider.

ATP currently has about 90 printers and multifunction machines of varying ages distributed in eight locations in Denmark.

Over a four-year period, ATP estimates an ongoing need for acquisitions of up to 80 new multifunction machines, including consumables and nationwide service and maintenance. ATP expects that the overall need for multifunction machines will be divided into two required models.

The term of the framework agreement is expected to be four years, whereas service agreements linked to newly acquired multifunction machines are expected to have a maturity of five years, with the possibility of extension for up to 2 x 12 months.

The tender does not appear to have any details about reuse, green procurement, WEEE, RoHS, or takeback and end of life requirements in the document.

The closing date for tender submissions is 26 august 2019.
