Diamond Dispersion honoured

The company took to social media to announce that it has been honoured with a 2019 Queens Award.

Diamond Dispersions manufactures quality water-based pigment dispersions and disperse dye dispersions for the global inkjet ink market. Pigments and disperse dyes are the coloured components in an ink and making a stable, liquid dispersion from these powders is the most difficult part of making an ink.

Diamond Dispersions exports products to over 20 countries around the globe. The acquisition in 2016 by Lubrizol was valuable to both companies as Lubrizol offers world leading dispersant technologies and a global sales infrastructure while Diamond Dispersions brings a wealth of dispersion manufacturing know-how.

Diamond Dispersions said it is excited to report that Diamond Dispersions have won this prestigious award. Representatives from Diamond Dispersions attended the Queen’s Award reception at Buckingham Palace to celebrate winning a Queen’s Award for Enterprise and International trade category.

The Queen’s Award is the highest accolade in the UK for business success and was awarded to Diamond Dispersion for their outstanding international sales growth over the last three years. The company is no stranger to this accolade having previously won the Queen’s Award for International Trade in 2012.

“It was an honour to have attended the event and to have met members of the Royal household. It is particularly rewarding for the Company to have been recognized in the International Trade category,” commented Keith Malone, Commercial Manager Lubrizol Digital Print Group.
