Better together as the Benelux and Nordic region IT partner aligns recent acquisitions under the Dustin brand.
Stockholm based Dustin a leading online based IT-partner in the Benelux and the Nordics, has rebranded recent acquisitions Centralpoint and all companies within the former Vincere Group as Dustin.
Dustin entered the Benelux market in 2018 with the acquisition of Vincere Group and expanded in 2021 with the acquisition of Centralpoint. The companies within the former Vincere Group are Compromise Domino, Issys, Norisk IT, Switch, Unilogic and Xcellent.
“Being one brand we will continue to build on Centralpoint’s strong offer to large companies and the public sector, the managed services from the Vincere companies and Dustin’s online skills and offering to small and medium sized businesses. We are still the same but we become a lot better together,” says Thomas Ekman.
Nasdaq Stockholm listed Dustin is a leading online based IT partner in the Nordics and the Benelux with approximately 2,400 employees providing around 280,000 products with related services to companies, the public sector and private individuals. Sales for the financial year 2020/21 amounted to approximately SEK 15.9 billion (€1.52 billion / $1.93 billion).
