The company said that these awards validate ECI’s position as the leading provider of industry-specific software solutions that empower small and medium-size businesses.
ECI Software Solutions announced it has earned four product awards: a Gold Stevie for Manufacturing Solution and Bronze Stevie for Cloud ERP Solution in the 2019 American Business Awards; Frost & Sullivan’s 2019 North American Product Line Strategy Leadership Award; and inclusion in the top 10 of the 2019 Constructech 50.
The American Business Awards honour the achievements and positive contributions of organisations operating in the US out of more than 3,800 nominations, ECI won the Gold Stevie for its JobBOSS ERP solution, which is built specifically for small to mid-sized customer and mixed-mode manufacturers. The enhancements and value of ECI’s JobBOSS software also played an integral role in the company’s 2019 North American Product Line Strategy Award win. The recognition, awarded by Frost & Sullivan, is based on the firm’s analysis of the North American ERP market for small and medium-sized discrete manufacturers.
“ECI’s knowledge and domain experience in manufacturing and in implementing its ERP as a scalable model help customers meet the demands of a global marketplace,” said Frost & Sullivan Industry Analyst Sankara Narayana. “Its comprehensive product and service value also includes education, training and customer mentoring to help clients effectively use its products.”
In addition to receiving notable accolades for its manufacturing-specific offerings, ECI’s building and construction product division was also recognised. The company’s Spruce software, an end-to-end ERP system catered to the lumber and building materials (LBM) industry, was awarded a Bronze Stevie.
Additionally, ECI was named to the 2019 Constructech 50 list for the 11th consecutive year. The list – which is chosen by the Constructech editorial team – recognises the most influential construction technology providers with a strong company culture and ongoing market presence. ECI was listed among the top ten companies based on criteria such as having a strong product/service aimed at the construction industry, consistent customer satisfaction, growth and educational efforts within the market.
“Developing a product suite that is tailored to the unique needs of our nearly 16,000 global customers is ECI’s primary focus,” said ECI CEO Ron Books. “These awards are confirmation that we are creating software solutions that drive significant value for our customers, and we’re honoured to have been recognised by such prestigious organisations. We are committed to consistently innovating and expanding upon our current offerings to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible technology, support and services.”
