Epson boasts it sold 70 million EcoTank printers

In a “back-to-school” campaign, aimed at families and students, Epson boasts it has sold 70 million EcoTank printers worldwide.

The campaign promotes its EcoTank ET-2850 devices which it aims at students and families. Epson says that its devices are an easy-to-use tool for students and families and adds that the Epson EcoTank ET-2850 cartridge-free Supertank printer provides everyone with the freedom to print in colour without having to spend a significant amount of money on expensive ink cartridges.

Epson said in its announcement: “The number-one Supertank printer with over 70 million sold worldwide, EcoTank cartridge-free printers make it easy to print thousands of pages that families and students will use throughout the school year.”
