FUJIFILM Business Innovation introduces new Apeos A3 colour MFP

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific launched Apeos C2450 S, a new compact A3 colour multifunction printer (MFP) that enhances business productivity for small businesses.

The Apeos C2450 S features an enhanced user interface (UI) with its new 7-inch colour touchscreen control panel, allowing users to customize display icons for easy operation. They can now register frequently used operations such printing and scanning to Pins, without going through tedious settings.

Users can also preview, enlarge, and confirm the scanned image using the preview function on the UI. Moreover, users can print files and photos stored in the mobile device by downloading the Print Utility application and sending the data to the device.

For added security, the printer is installed with the IC Card Reader that supports user authentication. To prevent data leakage from the multifunction printer, user is required to authenticate his/her digital identification using the IC Card on the IC Card Reader. Each department can control and monitor employee’s usage of the printer by presetting print guidelines for its employees. For example, by limiting the number of prints allowed and pre-setting print requirements for either colour or monochrome.

  • ID Card Scan feature enables scanning both sides of an ID card and save to a shared folder on the computer or to an FTP server
  • Simultaneously using the wired LAN and the wireless LAN. Users can print by connecting the visitor’s personal mobile devices directly to the printer via Wi-Fi network, without any connection to the office intranet environment.

Sales will commence from 26 October in the Asia Pacific region.
