G&G has introduced patented replacement ink bottles replacing Canon GI-53/GI-56 series ink bottles.

In April 2021, Canon released the PIXMA G550/G650 series photo printers in Europe using six refillable dye-based ink tanks that Canon says “offer simplicity, versatility and brilliant print quality”. In May, Canon released the “ever-dependable, cost-conscious, high volume refillable” MAXIFY GX6050/GX7050 series printers, aiming the devices at the business printing market.

G&G patented replacement ink bottles are now available for ordering. The company explained that these ink bottles have a “patented spout design ensures zero ink leakage”. The replacement bottles for GI-53/43/23/73 series bottles are filled with Gloria dye-based inks and the replacement bottles for GI-56/46/26/76/36/66 series ink bottles are filled with G&G’s Everbrite pigment-based inks.
