The company took to social media to announce it has been successful in passing the follow up audit for the BS 8887-220:2010 certification.

GM Technology said that it has successfully passed the follow-up audit for the BS 8887-220:2010 certification for its GreenLine machines, their components, and R-OEM and R-GEN toner cartridges.

The Auditor from BSI Miguel Angel Aparicio Castro, accompanied by GM Technology’s Quality Manager Isabel Diaz Clavero, was able to verify various improvements we implemented since the last audit:

  • Improvements in our toner factory to facilitate organization and cleanliness
  • New toner emptying booth for increased organization and efficiency
  • Expansion of the toner finishing area and departmental growth
  • Great performance from the GreenLine workshop managers during the audit, with a notable focus on process control and quality tests

This part of BS 8887 certification specifies requirements for the process of remanufacture and the steps required to change a used product into an as-new product, with at least equivalent performance and warranty of a comparable new replacement product. The remanufacturing process can include parts or components to be used in subsequent assembly.
