HP employs new LaserJet sales incentive

by | Mar 16, 2018 | 0 comments

The OEM now offers 3 years Extended Services for selected LaserJet devices, so long as customers use Original HP supplies.

According to the company, businesses “require top performance from their office equipment” with no time to spare for “interruptions or costly repairs”. As a result, the OEM is offering 3 years extended protection and “worry-free printing”, but with the proviso that customers only use Original HP supplies with their new printers, thereby discouraging the use of aftermarket products.

As HP Inc explains, each HP printing and imaging device “comes with a one-year limited warranty and support”, but with this new service, “for up to three years after purchase, if anything goes wrong with a printer, “experienced HP technicians will quickly service your device at no charge.”

Up to 50 printers and MFPs may be registered for the service.

The OEM stresses the fact that the service is available provided customers have only used HP Original Supplies, as opposed to third-party products.
