The team of HYB Toner recently went on an organised outdoor team building activity.
Management staff and the 86 staff in different departments participated recently in an organised outdoor team building activity. The company emphasised that “Team Work” and “uniting their employees” are a critical part of the company’s ethos.
Joining in with the team was owner, Mr. Vincent Chen, who also participated the military training exercises and acted as one of the members. Different games and missions were set to be achieved by the staff which were divided into six teams. During five rounds in competition, the six teams collected points to determine which team was the winner.
At the end of the Competition, the company also awarded some of its employees awards for more than 10 years of service.
Mr. Vincent Chen, president of HYB, expressed his appreciation to hard work and devotion from the employees. He also explained that the company has been growing since 1998 and everyone in HYB sticks to their dedicated products to help the company become outstanding in the industry. Mr. Vincent reconfirmed to employees his confidence to grow the company together with the team members and carry on their path to be a top world class manufacturer and brand for copier imaging supplies.
