The company has published a small insight into its production line of remanufactured drum units.

This production line integrates resources and scales up the recycling of old drum components, conducting comprehensive deep cleaning and full-angle spraying to ensure that the products are completely renewed.

In terms of component replacement, HYB explained that it uniformly employs long-life drum cores imported from Japan to ensure that remanufactured parts perform at the same level as original products.

The company said: “HYB is committed to the development of environmental protection and recycling in the field of consumables. We have established a leading domestic production line for remanufacturing, aiming to address the challenges of recycling and reuse of consumables.

“After undergoing practical testing by HYB’s R&D department, remanufactured drum components exhibit minimal colour deviation in actual applications, meeting the demands of users accustomed to original quality products.”

To date, HYB has developed over 105 categories of remanufactured drum units for various brands such as Kyocera, Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, and Fuji Xerox.
