HYB updates toner testing standard

The HYB technical team just launched their new toner testing standard for both of their Laboratories in Yuzhou, Henan and Zhuhai, Guangdong.

HYB Toner owns two Laboratories designed and built particularly for testing of copier imaging supplies and spare parts. The company prides itself with a high standard and continuous improvement on its standard from its HYB technical department to make sure both laboratories are performing well for HYB’s Quality Control, Research and Development.

The new testing standard was created to instruct HYB technicians who test the toner to follow procedures, environmental conditions and a frequency with a required testing pattern in different testing situations as requested.

Kim Lee, the Sales Director of HYB added: “There is an industry perception that the composition of copier toners is much simpler than laser toners. An illusion exists that it must be easier to produce copier toner cartridges. As a result, many manufacturers of laser toners have jumped into the copier industry expecting it to be “profitable” and “easy” with “low engineering and technical know-how”.”

The company said: “HYB’s technical professionals have been working on standardisation in order to maintain the stability of the products. This is one of the reasons HYB get trusted by our customers as most of our customers rely on standards in their quality management and service system as well.”
