IIMAK, a global developer and manufacturer of consumable solutions for industrial and medical applications has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification at its Headquarters and Distribution Centre in Amherst, NY.
This achievement reinforces IIMAK’s commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences, the company explained. IIMAK underwent the extensive company-wide audit by Bureau Veritas and was presented certification in April 2020.

Products manufactured at IIMAK’s Amherst, NY plant include thermal transfer ribbons, direct thermal films and digital inkjet inks. Primary market applications include in food, medical, automotive and durable goods markets where the ISO standard is strongly supported.
ISO 9001 is internationally recognised for specifying quality management system requirements. This standard is based on principles including strong customer focus, process approach and continuous improvement.
