Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to ITsavvy, and its owners, on the asset sale of its Managed Print Services group to Imagetec, L.P.

Imagetec is one of the largest independent office equipment and services dealers conducting business throughout the greater Chicago market. Imagetec is headquartered in McHenry, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, was founded in 1992, and is owned and operated by Rich Cucco. Imagetec, with over 100 employees, is a full-line Konica-Minolta and HP dealer that also provides customers with information technology services from four operating locations.
