For the third consecutive year, Katun Brazil, located in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, achieved the “Great Place to Work” certification, indicating that it is an excellent company to work for.

Great Place to Work is a global research, consulting and training company that helps organisations identify, create and maintain great workplaces through the development of high-trust cultures. With over 30 years of experience, the certification study, prepared by Great Place to Work, is one of the most prestigious internationally.

The current certification accredits Katun Brasil as a corporate environment in which the internal culture is healthy, ensuring the care and development of its employees, which are the fundamental pillars for the company’s success.

The company commented: “This recognition is of great value within the corporation, especially in this last year, where huge unforeseen events and challenges were faced, not only in the business sphere, but also in the lives of all Katun employees. It is perceived that the “company” goes far beyond modern and functional offices, as it was possible to maintain the Katun culture, in addition to the corporate environment, keeping employees at their maximum level of productivity and committed to the business.”

Katun said thanks to all of its employees who make its office a “Great Place to Work”.
