Keypoint Intelligence introduces MAT

Keypoint Intelligence has unveiled MAT, also known as Market Analytics Tool, offering a “bird’s-eye view of the printing landscape for office A3 and A4 devices” in the United States.

As the company explains, MAT is a database “that delivers office A3 and A4 print volume and installed base information down to the zip code level for the United States of America.”

Users of the tool can also “add more layers by breaking this information down by up to 28 different verticals.”

MAT is available through Domo, a cloud-based data visualisation tool which presents information in graphical, filterable forms which can be exported.

As Keypoint describes, MAT “makes it easy to view the printing landscape in your sales region”, cutting out guesswork and the manual compilation of data. The data provided by MAT is generated from “a combination of primary research and government data.”

Specifically, Keypoint says MAT is used by owners or executives for the purpose of strategic planning, as well as by sales managers and salespeople “for tactical applications.”
