The German remanufacturer has added the international SA 8000:2014 certificate to its accreditations.
In a recent customer announcement, KMP AG revealed that it has been awarded the SA 8000:2014 certificate.
The SA8000 is an international standard with the aim of improving the working conditions of employees. Unlike national laws and regulations, SA8000 is an international standard, certification and compliance with it is based on a company’s voluntary choice.
The company said in its announcement: “The person, our employee, is our focus. Our commitment to humane working and production conditions.”
KMP AG have been developing, producing and selling compatible printer accessories for over 30 years. As a manufacturer of alternative printer supplies, KMP has been pursuing its international orientation since 1990 by founding foreign subsidiaries. In addition to Germany, KMP is currently represented in five other European countries, France, Poland, Portugal, Romania and the Czech Republic.
