The German company has revealed that it has reached the milestone of its thirtieth birthday, having first opened its doors for business in 1988.

The family-run KMP PrintTechnik AG started off as “a small ribbon factory” but has since developed into “a market leader for printer supplies”, according to the company, with an emphasis on the distribution of inkjet and toner cartridges.

Claiming the title of the largest family business in Europe, KMP has subsidiaries spread across the continent, in Poland, Portugal, France, Italy, the Czech Republic and Romania.

The company describes the “pillars of its success” as being its “loyalty to specialist retailers, the manufacturing competence ascertained by cutting-edge technologies and our consistent brand policies.”
