Konica Minolta India has announced that its social media mandate has been won by iCubesWire, a digital marketing solution provider that won the contract after a multi-agency pitch.

As a result of the contract, iCubesWire will assume responsibilities for the OEM’s social media channels and campaigns, as well as its media spend and ORM (online reputation management), according to Campaign India.

The pitches were invited after Konica Minolta took the decision to increase and intensify its digital presence in the Indian market, with hopes of an inflation in engagement.

“We are excited to have added Konica Minolta in the list of our esteemed clientele,” said iCubesWire’s CEO and founder, Sahil Chopra. “It is a phenomenal win for us and we are ardent to put our best foot forward that engages the customers and elevates the digital presence of the brand.”

Discussing the deal, Konica Minolta’s Sanjay Monga, DGM of Sales Planning and Communication, praised iCubesWire’s “farsighted approach and profound understanding of the digital domain.”

“Their distinct strategies clubbed with remarkable creativity caught our attention and we look forward to soaring greater heights in the digital sphere,” Monga added.

“We look forward to a distinct start with iCubesWire and are certain that the partnership will garner desired results thereby elevating the brand presence further,” said the OEM’s Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager, Shipra Atrya.
