Konica Minolta Germany has ranked number one in the poll on Germany’s best Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the category of system houses with sales of between €250 million ($265 million) and €1 billion ($1.06 million).

On behalf of COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, the independent market research institute iSCM regularly surveys user companies about their satisfaction with the services of their cloud and managed service providers. Konica Minolta impressed once again and, just like last year, was recognised as Germany’s best Managed Service Provider in the category of system houses with sales of between €250 million ($265 million) and €1 billion ($1.06 million).

Bernd Goger, Director Business Unit ITS, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Deutschland said: “Customers are increasingly expecting their IT service providers to offer end-to-end management of all their hybrid cloud services, ideally complemented by end-to-end managed services. With our flexible managed service packages, we support companies by maintaining their IT to ensure smooth, high-performance processes as well as reliable and secure operation of their systems.

“The results of the survey show that the increased scalability and flexibility of our services meet the requirements of modern companies to the highest degree. The fact that we have been voted Germany’s best Managed Service Provider for the second year running proves that our customers have confidence in us and we are very proud of this.”

To ensure that the awards are presented on a fair basis, the results of the survey are evaluated in four different sales categories. Service providers were then assigned to one of these categories according to the annual turnover they generated in the DACH region in 2021.

Awards were given to the three top-ranked service providers in each sales class. The ceremony took place in Munich on 1 June 2022.
