Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta) has revealed a strategic alliance with Jadu, Inc. (Jadu), that the company says is aimed at delivering cutting-edge solutions that will integrate Jadu’s enterprise web experience management software with Konica Minolta’s enterprise offerings. The partnership aims to enhance organizational productivity and efficiency by providing seamless customer self-service experiences that comply with accessibility laws.

The collaboration between the two companies will empower customers with accessible and Section-508-compliant solutions, enabling them to remain competitive and meet accessibility requirements. By combining Jadu’s low-code web experience management and customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Jadu Central and Jadu Connect, with Konica Minolta’s expertise in advanced document management technologies, application solutions, and IT services, the alliance will offer complete and innovative solutions to various industries, including government, higher education, healthcare, commercial, and manufacturing.

Konica Minolta and Jadu are partners of Hyland Software Inc., a leading content services provider known for enabling organizations to deliver exceptional experiences to their constituents. Konica Minolta, the first and only direct partner of Jadu within the Hyland ecosystem, is already collaborating with Jadu on State and Local Government customer projects. The alliance is expected to continue thriving throughout 2023 and beyond.

Suraj Kika, Founder and CEO of Jadu, expressed his delight about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to be working with Konica Minolta to provide customers with a seamless and accessible web experience management platform that will help them improve their digital self-service and online communications.
