Konica Minolta partners with PIM

Minnesota-based Printing Industry Midwest has announced that the OEM has become its latest Premier Provider.

The arrangement, which came into effect at the beginning of this month, means that Konica Minolta will now support many of PIM’ signature events, and become the print service provider for its official publication, The Loupe.

In addition to the OEM’s new regional relationship with PIM, they are also building on their relationship with the printing industry at the national level. Printing Industries of America (PIA) and Konica Minolta have joined together to offer “considerable discounts” to PIM/PIA members on more than two dozen of its bizhub and Accurio digital production printers. Konica Minolta sales representatives will be able to access the discounted pricing upon verification of membership status.

“This joint relationship has the potential to result in significant cost savings for our members while making key association events possible” explained PIM President Steve Bonoff.
