Konica Minolta scoops MSP award

The company has been ranked second in the category of system houses with sales in excess of €250 million ($284 million) in the latest IDG customer survey “Germany’s Best Managed Service Provider”.

The company is continuing on its successful path from 2019 and has been names as one of Germany’s best Managed Service Providers (MSP) for the 2nd consecutive year.

On behalf of COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, IDG Research Services surveyed medium-sized companies about their satisfaction with the services in their cloud and managed service providers.

Konica Minolta was again able to convince in 2020 and has been awarded as Germany’s second best Managed Service Provider in the category of system houses with sales between €250 million ($284 million) and €1,000 million ($1,135 million). With a grade of 1.85, Konica Minolta missed the first place by a conceivably small margin of 0.03 points but has been above the average grade.
