Konica Minolta top MSP provider

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Germany has ranked number one in the poll on Germany’s best managed service provider.

The company announced it came top in the category of system houses, with sales of between €250 million ($299 million) and €1 billion ($1.19 billion).

On behalf of the German media COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, IDG Research Services regularly surveys user companies about their satisfaction with the services of their cloud and managed service providers.

Konica Minolta impressed once again and was distinguished as Germany’s best-managed service provider in the category of system houses, with sales of between €250 million ($299 million) and €1 billion ($1.19 billion).

Bernd Goger, Director Business Unit IT Solutions, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Deutschland GmbH said: “Even in the eventful past year, numerous companies have continued and accelerated their digitalisation strategies with us.

In the past few years, the company has already achieved significant rankings in the “Germany’s best-managed service provider” survey. Konica Minolta also took third place in the IDG customer survey “Best System Houses 2020” and was awarded the Champion position in the “Professional User Rating: Managed Services 2020” survey as one of the top five providers of managed security services.
