Users can set up the new device effortlessly within the Quick Setup Utility and automatically find your network and configure the printer. Moreover, the devices allow users to digitise documents into searchable PDFs with a free downloadable application on the Kyocera Print Centre. The increase in toner yield allows Kyocera’s customers to save money on startup costs.
The ECOSYS MA2600cwfx series also provides enhanced security features including secure boot, RTIC (Run Time Integrity Check), and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management). These features protect printed and scanned data from falling into the wrong hands and help users identify potential security issues so companies can rest assured their private information is in good hands.
Moreover, with major cloud integration capabilities, these devices are designed to complement your existing workflows and fit into your secure cloud environment. They work seamlessly with Kyocera Cloud Access (KCA), a new utility for connecting to a third-party personal cloud storage service (such as Google Drive) for free.
