MyQ is a business application that will enable streamlining fleet management for both Kyocera and non-Kyocera devices.

Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. announced the introduction of MyQ, explaining that this customisable, server-based solution provides Network Administrators with the ability to manage all devices in their fleet through a single web-based interface.

The application provides control over a wide range of key management functions: user-administration and set-up, tracking and auditing, device monitoring, administration, and accounting. MyQ also offers secure Print-&-Follow, one-touch scanning, and numerous analysis and reporting features.

“Simplicity is the #1 request from Network Administrators, all IT professionals really,” explained Vikram Gupta, Print Solutions Product Manager, Corporate Marketing Division for Kyocera Document Solutions America. “They expect things to be intuitive. MyQ absolutely meets that expectation.”

MyQ provides full visibility of all administrative control on a single web interface, accessible from any device with an internet connection. The app also enables an individually customisable interface on the MFP touchscreen, so each unique user can quickly find shortcuts to their most frequently used operations.

MyQ runs on both Kyocera and non-Kyocera devices, turning each into an essential component of any organization’s advanced document infrastructure.

It is available through authorised Kyocera Dealers immediately and each customer instance is individually quoted in order to optimise the design of the application to support custom device management needs.
