Kyocera Document Solutions, Inc. announced that it has been recognised as a “Major Player” in two IDC MarketScape reports – IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Cloud MPS Hardcopy 2022 Vendor Assessment and IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Print in the Distributed Workforce 2022 Vendor Assessment.

These assessments are based on the IDC MarketScape methodology to evaluate the products and services of vendors in respective areas, and analyse each vendor’ capabilities to meet changing customer needs especially in the recently decentralising workforce.

The “Worldwide Cloud MPS Hardcopy 2022 Vendor Assessment” focuses on cloud-based contractual print services such as MPS to manage device usage, and the “Worldwide Print in the Distributed Workforce 2022 Vendor Assessment” evaluates products and services that supports document and printing workflows in a workforce combining the office and home.

Kyocera was recognised for providing services that best meet changing customer needs including the decentralising workforce.

As the workforce is diversifying from traditional offices to home and satellite offices, Kyocera said it will continue to meet the needs of its customers with hardware, solutions and services that help them improve productivity and address their challenges.
