The new Lexmark MX520 Series and MX620 Series received Better Buys’ Editor’s Choice Award for 2Q 2018 in the black-and-white MFP and high-volume machines categories, respectively.

“We are proud that these new products have been recognised by the professionals at Better Buys,” said Allen Waugerman, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. “These devices include powerful multi-core processors that enable speedy, convenient performance, with productivity enhancements that help organisations get more done. And of course they offer the reliability and security features that customers across the globe expect from Lexmark.”

Each product is individually evaluated and compared against the competition on a range of criteria, including unique features, value to the customer and price.

Better Buys commends the MX520 Series for its lower printing costs with ultra-high-capacity aftermarket toner, 2,000-page maximum paper capacity and strong security features.

The MX620 Series is recognised for its lower printing costs with ultra-high-capacity aftermarket toner, 100 page-per-minute duplex scanning, and inline stapling finishing option.

“With strong features and low printing costs in a compact design, the MX520 and MX620 Series help medium, large and enterprise companies improve productivity and efficiency,” said Melissa Pardo-Bunte, Editor, Better Buys.

Lexmark’s products were a few of only a handful of vendors chosen for Editor’s Choice Awards. The OEM also received an accolade for its CX923 series of printers.
