The National Association for Female Executives has named Lexmark as one of the 2018 NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women.

The honour was established to herald US corporations at which women have significant standing and power in decision-making, that will allow them to steer the company’s future direction and affect its bottom line.

“NAFE’s annual scrutiny of women’s progress at American companies offers essential data about the movement of women into top leadership in the private sector,” explained NAFE President Betty Spence.

Rich Geruson, the OEM’s President and CEO, spoke of the company’s pride at the recognition, saying: “Inclusion is a hallmark of the Lexmark culture and we consider diverse input a driver of our success. In addition to the thousands of smart, talented women throughout our global ranks, we are proud of the highly accomplished female executives who lead our global finance, human resources and supply chain teams.”

This year’s Top 70 is published in the April/May issue of Working Mother. Working Mother Media’s Senior Vice-President and Managing Director, Subha V. Barry, said the list demonstrates “what progressive organisations are doing to ensure women’s advancement into executive positions.”
