Marabu has revealed that Hoffman Druck has opted to switch to solely using Marabu’s digital printing inks.

Marabu has announced this week that Hoffman Druck, of Vilingen-Schwenningen in Southern Germany, have switched their “entire machine park” to Marabu’s alternative inks, which Marabu says have “many advantages over OEM inks”.

Marabu is a company with 150 years behind it, selling a wide variety of products including screen printing inks, digital printing inks, liquid coating and pad printing inks. This family-owned business has 14 subsidiaries and distribution partners in more than 80 countries and has two ISO certifications, as well as being a Sony Green Partner.

When it comes to the production of digital printing inks, Marabu says its company goal is to “develop the best possible ink for the corresponding inkjet printhead”.
