MPS Monitor 2.0 now available

The new version of the Software-as-aService (SaaS) solution from remote printer management and MPS is now available, offering “the most advanced user experience on Managed Print Services software.”

Dealers involved in the MPS business can now benefit from “greater usability, maximum reliability of data collection, new functionalities for managing operational processes, full data security and regulatory compliance, better integration with management systems, and new Business Intelligence features,” according to MPS Monitor.

MPS Monitor describes itself as “one of the leading global solutions in this segment, with more than 500,000 devices and 17 billion pages monitored every year on over 70,000 end customers.” The new version enhances all the features of the previous platform and adds many new ones, thanks to “state-of-the-art web technology and many unique functionalities.”

The implementation of the new MPS Monitor 2.0 is based on six pillars: Usability; data collection reliability; business processes management; security and regulatory compliance; ERP/CRM integration; and analytics and business intelligence.
